Gail has a pharmacology background and over 20 years of industry and agency experience in
a variety of roles including research, sales, marketing and strategic product development.
Her industry experience at Merck Sharp & Dohme and Allergan has included leadership roles
in marketing for ZOCOR and on World Wide Product Launch Teams handling the regulatory, marketing,
clinical and production plans to support introduction of new chemical entities worldwide in
ophthalmology and dermatology sectors.
Since moving to the medical communications agency sector in 1997 Gail has managed large and
diverse global accounts, with deliverables ranging from strategic communications plans through
to sales support tools for adaptation locally.
Gail moved to the US with CMC to establish a US office and she subsequently took on the responsibility
for the McCann healthcare medical communications agencies in the US. Following a restructure of the
network into two global medical communications agencies, Gail assumed the leadership of one of these
as CEO of Caudex Medical returning to the UK in 2005.
In September 2009 Gail decided to experience the "Fishawack factor" and joined as Managing Director.
She was convinced by the board that the Fishawack waters would enable her to bring good fortune to
all clients and staff that experience us.
During Gail's time in the USA, she rubbed shoulders with a host of celebrities. As you can see,
she now buys all her jewellery from Mr 'T'.
